British Light Dragoons

En mi continuo esfuerzo de no acumular plastico sin pintar ahora estoy trabajando en estos Dragones Ligeros Britanicos de Perry Miniatures que ya llevaban varios meses a medio pintar en mi escritorio de trabajo, fantastico kit de plastico lleno de detalles como nos tienen acostumbrados los hermanos Perry // In my continuous effort trying not to hoard unpainted plastic I have worked on these British Light Dragoons from Perry Miniatures which were sitting on my work bench for a few months in a WIP status, a superb plastic kit full of details per Perry Bros. usual:

Black Powder test game

Primer juego de prueba de Black Powder, yo jugue con los Franceses y Jeremias utilizo a los Britanicos, interesante ya que el tenia dos cañones y yo avance si soporte de artilleria. No hubo victoria clara al final del juego pero estuvo divertido. // First test game of Black Powder, I played with the French and Jeremias played with the British, interestingly I he had two cannons and I advanced without artillery support, There was no clear victory at the end of the game but it was fun!

Conclusiones, el juego es dinamico y rapido, las reglas faciles de aprender y apunta a resolver batallas grandes de manera rapida (rapida en terminos de wargaming, osea, una tarde entera!)

Final thoughts, the game is dynamic and fast, the rules are easy to learn and the game goal is to resolve the big battles quickly (quick in wargaming terms which is an entire afternoon!)

Infanteria Britanica

Pintando lo ultimo que falta de la infanteria britanica, tambien en camino unos husares británicos, les dejo mas abajo una foto de como viene la infantería

Napoleonicos!

Napoleonicos, Napos, como le quieran decir, les dejo estas fotos de dudosa calidad, esta todo en diferentes niveles de WIP, me gusto poder verlos en una mesa y ver hasta donde llega la coleccion hasta ahora. La artilleria Britanica y la Francesa va a sufrir un proceso desarme y re-baseado.

Aca unas fotos de lo que avance con los Highlanders, voy mas rapido de lo que esperaba // Here a few pictures of my progress with the Highlanders, I am working a bit faster than expected:

Creo que para el fin de semana estaran terminados, pintar el patron del tartan es bastante fiaca. // I think they will be finished by the weekend, painting that tartan pattern was quite laborious.

mas infanteria francesa

porque nunca es suficiente!

Este es el sexto regimiento de infanteria francesa que pinto, aun en proceso claro, estos en particular estan hechos con sobras de partes de Victrix y Perry asi que carecen de rigor historico.

This is the sixth regiment of French infantry I paint, a work in progress of course, these in particular are made out of spare parts from Victrix and Perry infantry so they have a complete lack of historical rigor.

Entre otras cosas se aproxima el torneo de KoW en Noviembre, me entusiasma ver que onda.

Among other things the KoW tournament is coming and I look forward to it.
